1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a pk333 account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the legal agreement governing your relationship with pk333. 2. Account Registration and Management

2.4 Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk333 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify pk333 customer support immediately via live chat. pk333 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.5 Account Verification and KYC

pk333 operates in compliance with international Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all users to verify their identity before processing any withdrawal. Verification requires submission of government-issued identification documents, which may include a valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of residential address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. pk333 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods and USD 10 equivalent for USDT deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request to customer support.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

You are responsible for any such third-party fees. pk333 has no control over fees charged by external payment processors and cannot refund or reimburse such fees under any circumstances.

3.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk333 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity. pk333 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time, including bank statements, employment records, or other financial documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of the lawful origin of deposited funds may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified pk333 account holders who have completed the full KYC identity verification process. You may not withdraw funds until your account has been verified in accordance with Section 2.5 of these Terms. Additionally, any active bonus funds or amounts subject to wagering requirements must be settled prior to withdrawal. 4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts are PKR 500 for mobile wallet transactions and USD 20 equivalent for USDT withdrawals. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary according to account verification tier and payment method. Standard verified accounts are subject to a default daily withdrawal limit of PKR 100,000. VIP account holders may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as agreed with their designated account manager. pk333 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews for withdrawal requests that are unusual in nature or exceed standard thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to availability. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of your funds. In circumstances where the original deposit method is unavailable (for example, an expired JazzCash wallet), pk333 customer support will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative method following completion of additional identity verification procedures.

5. Betting Rules and Casino Games

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk333 are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stake amounts, and confirmation details are correct before submitting. pk333 will not accept claims for refunds based on erroneous bet placement. In the event of a technical malfunction occurring during bet placement, pk333 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to your account.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, One Day Internationals, and T20 internationals — are subject to official result confirmation by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pk333's discretion due to match events, delays, or technical issues. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Any bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific settlement rule for abandoned matches has been stated in the relevant market terms at time of bet placement.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk333. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Money Laundering: Using pk333 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to register or transact on the Platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on knowledge of or involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after placing wagers.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Duplicate Accounts: Opening or operating more than one pk333 account as detailed in Section 2.3.
• Bonus Abuse: Engaging in systematic exploitation of bonus offers as described in Section 5.4.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability

pk333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure basis. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or other circumstances beyond pk333's reasonable control. pk333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of Platform downtime, provided that pk333 takes commercially reasonable steps to restore service promptly and to return any stakes for bets voided due to such downtime.

7.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk333's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your pk333 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

7.3 Third-Party Services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, trade names, logos, game content, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the pk333 Platform are the exclusive property of pk333 or its respective third-party licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or intellectual property without express prior written authorisation from pk333.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by pk333 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pk333. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available at all times on the Platform.

Upon account closure initiated by pk333 for cause, any balance or winnings subject to a pending investigation may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
